Returns and exchanges:

European Union countries: We offer a 30-day returns policy for European Union countries. Please contact us within this timeframe with your order number. You will be refunded full refund for the items you paid. We do not refund shipping price paid to ship your order.

Items must be in a resellable state, in its original packaging with its labels still on. If we find that items are used, we will send back the items to your original address.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping fee.

For hygiene reasons we cannot offer returns on earrings. 

Non-European Union countries: we do not accept returns or exchanges.
